1. Your Consumer Rights
Xivralonoph is committed to full compliance with Norwegian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as applicable in Norway through the EEA Agreement.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Withdrawal Period)
As a consumer purchasing from our website, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under Norwegian law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may use the contact details below or complete a written statement:

3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return is initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period;
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging;
- The product has not been used or tampered with;
- The original seal on the product packaging is intact.
Please note: Due to health and hygiene considerations, opened food supplement products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken, unless the product is defective or not as described. This is consistent with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive and the corresponding Norwegian provisions.
4. Return Process
- Notify us of your withdrawal decision in writing before the 14-day period expires.
- We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (including any standard delivery charges paid on the original order) within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. No refund fee will be charged.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time after discovery. You are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act. We will arrange the return and cover all associated costs in such cases.
8. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following circumstances:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (i.e. opened supplement packaging).
